Our process begins with a complimentary consultation with one of our GIA certified diamond specialist. We'll not only go through your diamond and budgetary preferences, but also provide you with a comprehensive diamond education.

Once aligned, we utilize our extensive network of diamond suppliers to source the perfect assortment of diamonds for you to choose from, at the best possible price.

After the center stone has been selected, a 3D prototype of your custom ring is created and shared with you for modifications and approval.

Once approved, your ring is handcrafted by our master bench-jewellers. Our team oversee the making of every ring, ensuring the highest quality of design and production.

Once you select a diamond, we ask for a 50% deposit within 24-48 hours. This will secure your diamond and we will begin production on your ring! Payment is accepted in the form of wire transfer, cash, check or credit card. Please email info@deraadam.com if you have any additional questions about payment. Before shipping, the remaining 50% must be paid in full.

We highly recommend finalizing your diamond selection 8-10 weeks before you want your ring completed in hand. This ensures enough time for production which can take 6-8 weeks as each piece is crafted in-house by our master bench-jewellers.

If you have a tight deadline, we will do our best to accommodate.
